FlyPix Release: v4.3.0
Version 4.3.0 brings back polygon and oriented training regions, alongside stricter validation that flags invalid, overlapping, thin, or oversized regions — existing ones included — in the workspace issues badge, the Inspector, and the region list. Oversized regions can be split into smaller ones straight from the Inspector, and regions listed in a frozen dataset's metrics now link directly to that region in the workspace. Data Market now opens on the Explore tab, shows its results in pages, and arranges crowded offer popups more compactly. GeoJSON imports can now be up to 1GB, and a new Developer Mode preference adds options to copy IDs, JSON, and shapes from item menus. This release also includes several fixes that improve stability and sign-in behavior.

New Features and Improvements
Training regions can once again be drawn as oriented rectangles or polygons, not just plain boxes. Region validation was also improved to catch invalid or self-intersecting shapes, regions that overlap another training region, and unusually thin or irregularly-shaped regions. Existing regions are checked as well: any problems show up in the issues badge at the top of the workspace, in the Inspector and next to the region in the region list, without blocking training. The maximum allowed region size was also lowered, so some existing large training regions may now be flagged as too large. These can be split into several smaller regions straight from the Inspector, with a preview before applying.
Each region shown in a frozen dataset's metrics now has a link that opens the raster's workspace in Training View, with that region selected and the map panned and zoomed to it.
A new Developer Mode preference adds options to copy an item's ID, its project and tenant IDs, the whole item as JSON, or the shape of an annotation, region or suggestion as WKB, at the bottom of its options menu. In GeoSense and Help Desk conversations, each message gets its own menu. See Developer Mode.
Changes
Increased the maximum GeoJSON import size from 100MB to 1GB. Large files now show a loading indicator while they are read, and entries that aren't valid GeoJSON features are skipped and listed as a warning.
Data Market search results and available offers are now shown in pages of 7, with page controls at the end of the list. The map continues to show every result.
When many offers share one spot on the Data Market map, the popup that opens on click now arranges them in several rings instead of one very wide circle. Hovering an offer fades out the others so the map behind stays visible.
Data Market now opens on Explore, which is listed first, with Search next to it. Hovering either tab explains what it shows: hand-picked data sources for Explore, a live search of provider imagery catalogs for Search.
Fixes
Reduced excess memory usage in large workspaces, which could build up over an extended session and lead to instability.
The feedback controls no longer appear on a GeoSense response while it is still being written, so a response can only be rated once it is complete.
Opening a FlyPix link while signed out now brings you back to exactly that page after you log in, including any filters or selections in the link, instead of dropping them.
