FlyPix Patch: v3.9.1
Version 3.9.1 of the FlyPix app adds a new "Vertex Count" property for polygon annotations, along with a metrics section on frozen dataset pages covering annotation counts, area, and per-class breakdowns. Selecting a subset of regions or vectors in the dataset details page is also easier now, thanks to a refined tristate bulk toggle. Additionally, geometries exceeding 1000 vertices are no longer validated for issues like self-intersection, preventing the application from freezing or crashing on very large geometries. This release also includes a couple of smaller fixes to improve overall stability.

New Features and Improvements
Annotations now support a new "Vertex Count" property, showing the number of vertices (corner points) in their polygon. It can be toggled on from Inspector Settings and is also available as a selectable property when exporting annotations to GeoJSON.
Frozen dataset pages now include a metrics section covering the whole dataset and each of its regions. View total annotation counts and area, a per-class breakdown with a pie chart, and switch between comparing by instance count or area. You can choose whether to take the "background" class into account. The dataset's total area is also shown on its details card.
Changes
Selecting only a few regions or vectors in the dataset details page is now much easier. The bulk toggle transitions through a third state that disables all entries while still allowing individual ones to be enabled. Previously, the toggle could only enable all entries at once, so keeping just a few enabled required disabling each of the others individually.
We have observed that validating extremely large geometries can lead to the application freezing or crashing. To prevent this, we have made it so geometries that exceed 1000 vertices are no longer validated for issues like self-intersection.
This means that users attempting to use large geometries for complex operations such as change detection should ensure their geometries are valid before importing them into the application, as invalid geometries will be ignored by the application and may lead to unexpected results.
Deprecated Features
The v1 Files endpoints in the Public API have been deprecated. Use the v2 Files endpoints instead. See the API Docs for details.
Fixes
Fixed an issue where the template project provided to newly created accounts contained files that failed to render properly. This fix applies only to accounts created after the release; accounts created earlier may still be affected.
Fixed an issue where the "What's new?" announcement pop-up could open automatically before a user had access to the app, such as on the plan selection screen shown to accounts without an active subscription.
